Office Manager
Shropshire farm office based
Monday - Friday (40 hours to suit) plus occasional weekends
Circa £37,000 plus benefits
Ethero are proud to be recruiting for an established and highly successful farming business who have a brand-new position to offer. Based in the heart of the operation in delightful barn converted offices, you will be responsible for the following:
• Discuss and draw up agreements for Landlords & Land Agents in relation to contracts, accounts etc.
• Ensure all necessary documentation is in place and schedules are maintained for land agreements
• Secure quotations for agricultural & farming equipment and negotiate costings
• Conduct Insurance policy reviews
• Maintain sales contract ledgers
• Assist with budgeting, planning and cost analysis
• Provide SMT with costing analysis as well as required management data
• Analyse current technology in order to streamline business processes for data collection and reporting
• Assist with Recruitment, HR & payroll administration
• Provide support in covering holidays
To be considered you MUST:
• Have worked in a farming / agricultural or land management setting
• Be highly proficient with MS Office
• Be confident with Accounts / HR & Payroll functions
• Have a solid administrative background
• Be flexible to take on additional tasks at busy times
