Job Summary
Salisbury NHS Trust is looking to recruit an enthusiastic, motivated temporary Senior Orthopaedic Practitioner for 6 months. We are looking for an individual to help carry our service forward along with the current staff. We currently have consultants and run a 24/7 trauma service with elective theatres running alongside these theatres, encompassing elective and trauma, upper, lower limb, and spines. Main Duties
* Work on varied caseload using technology and equipment.
* Supervise, develop junior members of the team.
* Be a role model to junior staff.
* Deliver high quality care and evidence-based experiences for patients.
* Experience in completing audits.
* Excellent communication skills and great team worker, flexible and motivated.
* Able to engage with colleagues at all levels.
* Teaching students.
* Support senior colleagues.

Person Specification
* Essential: 3 years orthopaedic experience, management qualification, mentorship qualification, trauma experience.

* Professional registration: NMC/HCPC.
