An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Multi Skills Floor Layer to join a Housing Association on a permanent basis. This role involves carrying out flooring works across domestic and commercial properties while maintaining a strong focus on customer service and quality workmanship.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out all flooring works in domestic and commercial properties
Ensure work is completed to a high standard and within agreed timescales
Deliver excellent customer service when working in occupied properties
Work in line with health and safety requirements
Requirements
NVQ Level 2 in Floorcovering or equivalent experience
Proven experience completing flooring works in domestic and commercial settings
Strong customer service approach
Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
Salary & Benefits
£28,851.00 per annum
37 hours per week, Monday to Friday
