Wild Recruitment are pleased to be recruiting for a long standing client in their search for a Head Of Facilities
They are looking to recruit a dynamic and experienced Head of Facilities to oversee the strategic and day-to-day management of all their sites across the South Coast, services, and infrastructure.
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
6. Leading all aspects of facilities management across multiple sites (hard & soft services)
7. Lead and develop the environmental and sustainability strategy
8. Lead Health and Safety Practices
9. Manage resource planning, premises maintenance, security, outsourced contracts, suppliers and commercial lettings
10. Managing maintenance schedules, building compliance, and statutory obligations
11. Overseeing cleaning, security, waste, and contractor performance
12. Developing and delivering facilities strategy aligned with business goals
13. Managing budgets, procurement, and supplier relationships
14. Leading a team of facilities professionals and external service providers
15. Ensuring health & safety standards are met and continuously improved
16. Supporting space planning, refurbishments, and capital projects
Ideally you will have:
17. Proven experience in facilities management at a senior level
18. Strong knowledge of building systems, compliance, and H&S regulations
19. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
20. Experience managing budgets, contracts, and multi-site operations
21. Strategic mindset with hands-on problem-solving ability
22. Relevant qualifications - CIWFM, NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent
