Due to growth, they are seeking a dedicated NQ – 1yr PQE Serious Injury Solicitor/Legal Executive specializing in Court of Protection matters. The role offers remote work flexibility and access to local offices. You will work closely with the Partner and Head of Department, managing Property and Affairs Deputyships, supporting brain-injured and vulnerable clients, overseeing Trust management, handling tax affairs, preparing legal documents such as Personal Injury Trusts and Statutory Wills.

Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with the Partner on Deputyships, providing litigation support and managing an independent caseload, including contentious Deputyship matters.
* Provide legal advice and representation to clients and families, ensuring compliance with legislation like the Mental Capacity Act.
* Conduct client meetings at hospitals, homes, and care facilities.
* Manage client payments, maintain records, forecast spending, and develop budgets.
* Maintain regular communication with clients, addressing their needs.
* Supervise and mentor paralegals and trainees, delegating tasks appropriately.
* Identify opportunities to improve case management procedures and contribute to process enhancements.
* Uphold the firm's commitment to excellence and core values.
Skills Required:
* Strong experience in Court of Protection matters.
* Experience representing claimants.
* Proficiency with case management systems.
* Flexibility to work across offices and travel within the UK.
