Job Title: Multi-Skilled Engineer – Facilities Management
Location: Surrey
Salary: £20-21 per hour
Hours: Full-time (Monday – Friday, with occasional overtime)
Contract: 2 months

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Multi-Skilled Engineer to join our Facilities Management team, providing both planned and reactive maintenance services across a variety of commercial properties. This is a hands-on role requiring a flexible approach and the ability to diagnose and repair a wide range of building services issues.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs across electrical, mechanical, and building fabric disciplines.

2. Troubleshoot and diagnose faults in building systems, implementing effective solutions.

3. Undertake basic electrical and mechanical works in compliance with relevant regulations.
