Key Role Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop a team of junior and senior Account Managers to achieve and exceed sales targets. Take overall responsibility for team performance, growth, and market share expansion. Recruit additional sales talent to support long-term business development goals. Oversee and lead marketing campaigns to support sales initiatives and generate new opportunities. Build strong relationships with existing clients while identifying and targeting new business opportunities.
