MacKenzie King are proud to be working with a long-standing local business to recruit an Accounts Assistant into their team on a part-time basis (20-30 hours). The successful Accounts Assistant will be someone who has strong previous transactional experience, who can support the team and work under their own initiative. A high attention to detail is essential for this role as well as previous experience in the following Accounts Assistant tasks.
Key Responsibilities:

* Purchase Ledger Processing

* Sales Ledger Processing
\t
* Bank Reconciliations
\t
* Credit Card Reconciliation
\t
* General Office Duties
\t
* Supporting Credit Control when necessary
\t
* Holiday cover when necessary
\t
* Ad Hoc Accounting Tasks
Essential Skills and Experience:
\t
* Previous experience in an accounts assistant or transactional processing position essential
\t
* High attention to detail
\t
* Logistics and haulage experience advantageous
\t
* Sage 50 experience advantageous
