Duties

* Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of hygiene in the kitchen.
* Manage kitchen staff, providing training, guidance, and support to foster teamwork and efficiency.
* Monitor inventory levels, ordering supplies as necessary to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
* Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
* Assist in the planning and execution of special events or catering services as required.
* Maintain equipment and kitchen facilities, ensuring they are clean and in good working order.
Qualifications
