What you will be doing: An exciting opportunity to join the Group Lifecycle Engineering Capability Team working on EHM and data analysis technologies. The role involves working with stakeholders to define future EHM and data analysis capabilities across tools, data, methods, and processes. Collaboration with teams such as Controls, Supply Chain, Universities, and Platform providers to deliver capability work packages is essential. Themes include Future Programmes, Ultrafan, R&T programs, Capability Investment, Data Management, Cloud computing, Machine Learning, AI, and automation.

Responsibilities:
* Lead exploratory studies for new analytical methods.
* Represent Engineering in trials of new tools from Digital teams.
* Create strategy roadmaps and consult with stakeholders.
* Evaluate business benefits and recommend actions.
* Lead capability improvement programs.
* Collaborate across divisions to advance EHM knowledge.
* Participate in the EHM Community of Practice.
* Disseminate new capabilities globally.
* Define and create data management best practices.
Qualifications:
* Engineering or Numerical degree (or equivalent experience).
* Proven ability to support and lead cross-functional teams.
* Good understanding of systems engineering and health monitoring systems.
* Good understanding of data analytics, preferably cloud-based.
* Understanding of Gas Turbine characteristics and failure modes is desirable.
* Proactive and autonomous work approach.
