About The Role & Team
As a key member of the Marketing team, the Marketing Executive will play a crucial role in the successful delivery of marketing campaigns across a range of channels. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager and wider team to ensure the smooth running of marketing activities and contribute to the overall success of the business.
Key Responsibilities
* Campaign Coordination
Assist in the coordination of marketing campaigns for live sites by liaising with stakeholders, agencies and suppliers to ensure the delivery of materials. Write email campaign briefs for approval and brief the digital agency, ensuring deadlines are met.
* Media Management
Assist in the creation and management of the media schedule, including organising artwork for advertising, site launches, invitations, and mailers.
* Collateral Creation
Work with the manager to generate new CGIs, video content and brochures needed through the duration of the live site.
* Event & Campaign Creation
Work with required teams to generate event and campaign ideas, coordinating and creating advertising or on‑ and off‑site events.
* Site Support
Represent marketing in site sales meetings, providing feedback on trends and information to relevant agencies and teams; assist in the coordination, installation and ongoing maintenance of signage, hoarding and marketing areas on site.
* Data & Reporting
Carry out regular site visits, become an ambassador of the development, collate campaign and website data for reporting.
* Digital Marketing
Work with the digital marketing exec to review the website, keep it up‑to‑date, implement requested changes and oversee property listings on major portals.
About You
* Experience in residential development marketing, or clear examples of cross‑purpose skills for CGI, brochure and campaign creation.
* Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, ability to multitask, prioritise workload and strong written and verbal communication.
* Experience briefing creative agencies and knowledge of social media platforms and their effective use in marketing.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
* Full UK driving licence and car use are preferred but not essential.
