Care Assistant Temporary Staff Cover (Care Home)
We are currently seeking compassionate and reliable Care Assistants to provide temporary cover in our friendly and supportive care home.
Role Overview:
As a Care Assistant, you will support residents with their daily needs, ensuring they receive high-quality, person-centred care while maintaining dignity and respect at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assisting residents with personal care (washing, dressing, toileting)
* Supporting mobility and mealtimes
* Providing companionship and emotional support
* Following care plans and health & safety procedures
* Working as part of a team to maintain a safe, caring environment
Requirements:
* Previous experience as a Care Assistant (preferred but not essential)
* A caring, patient, and respectful attitude
* Ability to work flexible shifts (days/nights/weekends as required)
* Right to work in the UK
* Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
