Job Title: Responsible Individual – Children’s Residential Services Location: Bradford and Bingley Salary: £60,000 to £75,000 per annum (DOE) Bonus Working Hour: Full-time Service: Children’s Homes Service Users: YPs – EBD, Trauma, CSE, CCE, Neglect Qualifications Required: NVQ Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent) Experience in Years Required: Minimum 2 years in a senior leadership role within children’s residential care Employment Type: Permanent The Home: Number of Beds: 4 x 3-Bed EBD Homes Location: Bradford and Bingley Type of YPs: EBD, Trauma, Neglect, CSE, CCE Ofsted Rating: ‘Good’ (existing homes) Who we are looking for… A passionate, experienced, and values-driven leader who thrives on creating positive futures for children and young people.
