The Role at a Glance
Digital PR Executive
Location: Colchester / Hybrid / 2 days a week in the office
Salary: £38,000 Depending on Experience
Benefits: Plus Benefits & Perks including Private Healthcare
Hours: Mon-Thurs and Fri (flexible details not shown)

Responsibilities
* Launch and lead the PR function within the organic marketing team
* Dream up engaging campaign ideas, craft compelling stories, and build relationships with top journalists to secure standout coverage
* Manage a portfolio of clients, run proactive and reactive PR campaigns, and create content that sparks conversation and drives results
* Use the latest SEO tools and PR platforms to measure and optimise performance
* Be hands-on across press releases, infographics, media opportunities, and data-led insights
* Support pitches and push campaigns to the next level; shape strategy and contribution to the team
About You
* You're a creative storyteller with a portfolio that proves you can deliver PR campaigns that earn attention, build links, and drive SEO results
* Hungry to learn and grow, with interest in digital PR, SEO, and emerging tech like AI
* First-class writing skills and an instinct for what makes a story irresistible; able to pitch journalists and interpret data
* Organised, proactive, able to balance multiple campaigns under pressure; proactive in spotting opportunities
* Curious about design, innovation, and teamwork; ready to push boundaries in digital PR
