Governance Professional – South Wiltshire Hub
Pickwick Academy Trust are delighted to offer an exciting opportunity for an organised and motivated individual to support the Local Governance Committees of our family‑focused, village Church of England and Community Primary Schools within the South Wiltshire Hub. The role involves helping the Committees fulfil their statutory responsibilities in line with current legislation.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate and clerk Local Governance Committee meetings.
* Provide accurate minutes and documentation.
* Manage a range of administrative tasks related to governance.
* Attend six early‑evening meetings per year per committee.
* Check emails regularly and support communication between committees, headteachers, school leadership teams, the Salisbury Diocese and Pickwick Academy Trust.
Contract & Working Arrangements
Permanent part‑time position. Approximately 2 hours per week per Local Governance Committee, with additional hours agreed as required. Flexible working across a small number of schools in the South Wiltshire Hub; role based from Winterslow CofE Primary School. Remote, hybrid or in‑person working arrangements available.

Networked across South Wiltshire – based from Winterslow CofE Primary School (Corsham Primary School, Pound Pill, Corsham, Wiltshire, SN13 9YW).
