Customer Support Team Apprentice.
What you will do in your working day:
Redbridge & Sons Property Services are recruiting for the position of a Customer Support Team Apprentice to join our expanding workforce and be part of the company's future development. You will be expected to:
* Work in a busy office environment answering telephones, contacting customers
* Coordinating with engineers and sub-contractors on various service breakdowns & installation work streams
* Providing full support to the management teams
* There is also the opportunity for the individual to work with and support the Sales & Marketing team, with regards tender opportunities along with marketing campaigns and other areas of sales processes making this a varied and comprehensive apprenticeship opportunity
* Internal training will be provided, and you will be working on the company CRM software and other software systems along with Microsoft word, excel and Outlook
* The position will also lead to training in areas such as purchase orders and invoicing as well as numerous accreditation system requirements
The training you will receive:
* As the successful apprentice, you will undertake a Level 3 Apprenticeship in Business Administration
* The standard is assessed by a range of methods to meet all the knowledge, skills and behaviours. This includes: Record & Document production, Planning & Organisation, Project Management, Business Fundamentals, Relevant Regulations, Managing Performance, Personal Qualities, Responsibility.
* Evidence will be collated within a portfolio of evidence.
* To achieve the full Level 3, all units of the Qualification must be passed, meeting the assessment criteria.
* Course Duration 21 months Plus 3 months for the EPA (End Point Assessment.)
* The training provider will be Gloucester College.
* Apprenticeship Delivery: Workplace Delivery with the Assessor to visit every 4- 6 weeks
* The administration role may be a gateway to further career opportunities, such as management or senior support roles

Things to consider:
With offices based in Gloucester, you must be able to get to and from work via your own transport or public transport.
Working Week:
Monday to Thursday, 8.15am - 5.00pm with 1/2 hour for lunch.
Friday 8.15am – 3.45pm with ½ hour for lunch.
Total hours per week: 40
Apprenticeship level:
Advanced Level 3 (A level)
Expected Apprenticeship Duration:
24 Months.
