Admin Assistant – GHD Contracting Ltd

We are a roofing and brickwork company based in Twickenham, currently an office based team of 10, working alongside site based operatives, and expanding fast. We are looking for a friendly and organised Admin Assistant to help keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.
About the Role:
You'll be supporting our Accounts, Contracts Managers, and Payroll teams with day-to-day admin tasks. It's a hands-on role where no two days are the same — perfect for someone who enjoys variety and staying organised.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Processing and costing supplier and subcontractor invoices
* Matching delivery notes with invoices
* Handling weekly expenses
* Booking in call-outs and keeping clients updated along the way
* Keeping an eye on the main email inbox and replying when needed
* Helping the payroll team track and cost employee hours
* Filing paperwork
* Doing stock checks and ordering materials when needed

* Confident using Excel, Outlook, and other Microsoft Office tools
* Able to manage your time and stay on top of tasks
