You'll be working in fabulous state of the art, modern, open plan offices which are light, bright and home to some great facilities, making for a great collaborative, enjoyable working environment where you really feel part of a team. They're also committed to employee well being, with hybrid/flexible working accommodated. \n\nThe Private Client team, led by a Partner and Senior Associate, is made up of a number of experienced Associates, Solicitors, Paralegals and support staff, so you will be well-supported by colleagues and a hands-on management team. \n\nWhat's involved: \n\nDuties will include:\n\nProviding advice on all aspects of wealth protection and inheritance planning for individuals and their families.\nDealing with wills, trusts and probate matters including\nwills\nprobate and estate administration\npowers of attorney\ncourt of protection and deputyship\ntrusts and trust administration\ncontentious probateWho we're looking for:\n\nSuitable candidates are likely to have:\n\nFully qualified status (solicitor or CLE) and ideally around 5 years'+ PQE\nExperience of managing a wide-ranging private client caseload\nThe ability to lead and mentor less experienced team members\nExcellent communication skillsThis is a full-time permanent job, working 9am to 5.15pm Monday to Friday.
