Salary: £38,000 - £40,000 (Depending on Experience)
Hours: Monday - Thursday 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM; Friday 7:00 AM - 1:00 PM

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a CNC Miller (Setter/Operator) to join their expanding team in Gloucester. Responsibilities
* Set, operate, and maintain CNC milling machines to produce precision-engineered components
* Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical blueprints with confidence
* Apply accurate feeds and speeds using G and M codes
* Inspect finished parts to ensure compliance with stringent quality standards
* Use tooling and hand tools effectively to achieve tight tolerances
* Assist with material handling and stock control
* Diagnose and resolve machine or process-related issues
Requirements
* Proven experience operating Haas CNC milling machines
* Strong background in CNC machining within an engineering or manufacturing setting
* High mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
* Confident in interpreting detailed technical drawings
* Knowledge of CNC programming and machining processes
