Our Aberdeen Office is based in Loirston, Aberdeen and is home to our engineering support teams & energy services team. The Offices are modern with close access to walks, shops and restaurants.
The Opportunity
We are now recruiting for a Procurement Administrator on a 9 month fixed term contract basis. The Procurement Administrator will work as part of a high performing, customer focused Procurement team, providing a range of business administration, procurement & systems support services.
Key Responsibilities
* Requesting quotes from approved suppliers for materials and services
* Processing & Issuing purchase orders from requisitions and expediting orders
* Obtain invoice approvals and ensure goods receipting is done by the relevant requesters
* Support finance with invoice queries
* Contribute to the development of, and compliance with, px procurement policy, procedures and systems

Minimum Requirements:
* GSCE's 9-4 grades including Maths & English, or equivalent.
* Previous experience working in procurement
* Confident using SAPbyD
* Able to work as part of a team, contributing and sharing ideas
* Methodical, accurate & detail conscious.
* Excellent communication skills, willing to speak to others, in person or by email & phone.
* Microsoft Office: word, excel, outlook
* Able to prioritise conflicting tasks and escalate when necessary
* Completed the required company induction into this role
