This is a new role created to strengthen Secure Innovation's UK Service team as customer demand continues to grow.
Secure Innovation design and manufacture intelligent protection products and custom control solutions that safeguard cash and critical assets around the world. Their technology helps reduce risk, deter crime and protect people, with customers across the cash-in-transit, banking and retail sectors.
As Service Coordinator, you'll sit at the heart of the UK Service operation in Bourne, providing administrative and operational support to keep service delivery running smoothly. You'll work closely with Operations, Customer Support and Field Technicians – allocating work, managing workloads and keeping customers updated.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being the “go-to” person, thrives on organising information and people, and takes pride in getting things right first time.
What you'll be doing
In this role, you will:
1. Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Operations and customer-facing teams.
2. Allocate work to Technicians and help manage UK customer workloads and priorities.
3. Maintain accurate records, documentation and filing systems, ensuring information is up to date.
4. Log, prioritise and monitor service desk tickets in line with SLAs, escalating issues where appropriate and keeping customers informed.
