Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 + Car / Car Allowance + Benefits

The company I am representing is a well-established groundwork contractor with a turnover of over £15m and a strong reputation in the industry. Specialising in delivering groundwork and civil engineering packages for many of the UK's leading housebuilders, the company has grown steadily year-on-year.
Responsibilities
* Managing valuations, variations, cost control, and payments.
* Working closely with project teams and clients to ensure profitability.
* Maintaining and developing strong relationships with bulk house builders.
* Producing accurate financial reporting to support senior management.
* Playing a key role in the delivery of multiple new projects starting shortly.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor
* Experience working with Civil Engineering, Groundworks or Infrastructure
* Strong commercial and NEC or JCT contractual knowledge.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, growing environment.
* Degree in Quantity Surveying
