We are currently seeking a forward thinking, dynamic, motivated individual to work within Barts Health Trust. This position is based in Foxglove, Clinical Measurements, Newham University Hospital
The role requires the post holder to have efficient and effective systems of work that results in a positive patient experience. Previous experience would be helpful along with knowledge and experience of hospital patient IT systems.
We have a supportive environment for training and development. You will be expected to demonstrate good communication and IT skills.

Main duties of the job
.To greet patients and visitors to the department in a professional and welcoming manner
. Keep the reception area tidy and compliant with Information Governance guidelines
· To ensure that patients are correctly identified on arrival
· To deal professionally with enquiries
· To deal effectively with clinicians, admin and staff members
· To ensure that all referrals received in the unit vetted and booked according to urgency
· To assist in the registration of new patients
· Ensure that all patients demographic are correct on CRS.
· To assist with the sending out of patients appointments by letter and text
· To assist with Call & Remind
