Technical Support Engineer

As a Technical Support Engineer, you will play a key role in maintaining the infrastructure that supports our high-end post production workflows. You’ll ensure system stability across editing, audio, and operations by resolving technical issues and minimising downtime. Working closely with clients and internal teams, you’ll diagnose and resolve software, hardware, and network problems, helping deliver reliable and secure IT systems for the media and broadcast industry.
Provide front-line technical support for hardware, networks, and Linux-based systems
· Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues across Linux, Windows and Mac platforms
· Maintain and improve internal server and networking systems (including hypervisors and Docker containers)
· Support phone networks and physical hardware deployments
· Strong Linux system administration skills
· Solid understanding of networking protocols, firewalls, DNS, and IP routing
· Experience with computer hardware support and phone system maintenance
· Bonus if you have:
· Familiarity with post production tools and software such as Baselight, Flame, Resolve, Avid etc.
