The Supply Specialists are currently recruiting for Cover Supervisors to start work in a range of schools in Birmingham
Responsibilities:
* Create a supportive classroom atmosphere that encourages student participation and collaboration.
* Maintain clear communication with parents and guardians regarding student performance and behaviour.
* Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay updated on educational best practices.
* Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum and share resources.
* Manage classroom behaviour effectively, ensuring a safe and respectful environment for all students.
Requirements
* Some knowledge of the curriculum relevant to the age group being taught.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
* Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and abilities.
* Experience in using technology as an educational tool is advantageous.

So what do we need from you for this role?
* A DBS on the update service or a willingness to apply for one
* Be available at least 2 days a week
* Live within commutable distance of B11
* Have a proactive and engaging nature
* Confidence
* Punctual and reliable
There are no specific courses required for this degree however our partner schools naturally try and place you in a subject related to your degree.
