We are recruiting an experienced CNC programmer to join a long-established precision manufacturing business based in Redditch, specialising in high-volume, close-tolerance components for a range of industrial sectors.
This CNC programmer role is days based and offers flexible working hours, providing an excellent work-life balance within a stable and technically focused manufacturing environment. The role will play a key part in supporting production, improving efficiency, and maintaining high quality standards across manufacturing operations.
As a CNC programmer, you will be responsible for -
* Producing and optimising CNC programs, supporting shop-floor machining activity
* Working closely with engineering and production teams to ensure components are manufactured accurately and efficiently.
* Contributing to process improvements, cycle time reductions, and ongoing continuous improvement initiatives.
* Loading programmes and making edits when required.
The successful CNC programmer will be confident working in a precision engineering environment, collaborating across departments, and supporting both new and existing manufacturing processes.
