A global investment management firm is seeking a Client Contracting Associate to lead and manage client contracting processes across a diverse portfolio. This role offers the opportunity to work across of legal, sales, and operations, ensuring timely and accurate contract execution while maintaining high standards of compliance and client service.


Key Responsibilities:

* Draft, negotiate, and execute complex client contracts
* Manage a dedicated client channel and oversee contract workflows
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure contracts meet business and regulatory requirements
* Guide clients through the negotiation process, balancing needs with internal policy


Key applicant requirements:

* Experience negotiating commercial legal contracts
* Knowledge of asset management products and regulation preferred not essential
* Good project management and multitasking skills
* IT savvy with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
* Collaborative and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
