An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Facilities Coordinator to take ownership of all building-related operations across the UK & Ireland network. This is a key position responsible for maintaining the safety, functionality and overall condition of office, warehouse and retail environments.
Working closely with internal teams, landlords and external contractors, the Facilities Coordinator will ensure that all locations operate safely, efficiently and in line with business needs.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee and coordinate maintenance, inspections and repairs across all sites.
* Manage installations, refurbishments and essential services such as utilities, heating and telecommunications.
* Supervise external contractors and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
* Support retail locations with facilities requirements, from fire safety equipment to routine maintenance.
* Maintain accurate records for building costs, contracts and service agreements.
* Work with finance teams to manage invoices and budgets related to facilities.
* Conduct site checks to identify repairs, replacements or improvements.
* Handle insurance documentation and assist with procurement of key suppliers.
Skills & Experience
* Previous experience in facilities coordination, maintenance or property support.
* Strong understanding of health and safety regulations.
* Excellent organisational and communication skills.
* Confident managing multiple priorities and external contractors.
* Sound problem-solving skills with the ability to act quickly in urgent situations.
* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationally as required.
Desirable:
* Qualifications in facilities management or health and safety (IOSH/NEBOSH or equivalent).
* Familiarity with facilities management software or building systems.
