Contract Manager Salary: £65,000 - £70,000 Location: Central London We are seeking an experienced Contract Manager to take full ownership of a large, complex commercial estate, leading a multidisciplinary engineering team and managing a high-value hard services contract. This is a senior, client-facing role with full responsibility for safety, compliance, performance, and financial delivery. You will lead a team of approximately 17 direct reports, including a Supervisor and Contract Support, ensuring the estate is operated safely, compliantly, and cost-effectively. You will be accountable for contract performance, statutory compliance, planned and reactive maintenance, and delivering excellent customer service through a proactive, professional approach.
