Theyre looking for a detail:oriented and proactive Management Accountant to join their finance team.

What youll be doing :
* Preparing income statements, balance sheets, and other key financial reports
* Tracking financial performance and helping identify risks and opportunities
* Explaining financial information to non:financial teams
* Handling day:to:day bank account transactions (excluding flight/forex)
* Coding bank and PDQ transactions, posting cash books, and allocating guest payments
* Processing weekly till income and cash banked
* Posting utility accruals and revenue
* Managing weekly uploads (Procure Wizard)
* Overseeing domestic rates, licences, and staff property costs
* Managing the Accounts Receivable inbox
* Performing monthly balance sheet reconciliations
* Liaising with vendors and consultants
* Ensuring accounts are accurate in Access Financials and setting up new ones as needed
* Running financial reports and analysis as required
* Supporting audits and reporting at month/year:end
* Reviewing and correcting UK postings
* Analysing UK sales vs expenses and following up on anomalies
* Processing Capex requests
* Following financial SOPs and maintaining controls
* General finance admin and ad hoc tasks
What were looking for:
* At least 2 years in a similar role
* Strong Excel and accounting software skills
* Confident analysing and summarising financial data
* Organised, methodical, and great with people
* Bonus if you have:
* Experience with discounted cash flows, financial data processing, or bookkeeping
