PCB/RF Design Engineer
Responsibilities
* System level estimation of RF component impacts to gain, return loss, attenuation, isolation, noise figure and linearity.
* Ability to do initial layout floor‑planning using Cadence Allegro.
* Electro‑magnetic simulation of ATE solution RF transmission lines to evaluate RF line performance using Ansys HFSS.
* Full circuit path simulation using Keysight Advanced Design System (ADS) to evaluate RF path s‑parameters of combined layout and components.
* Continuous improvement in ATE measurement capabilities and accuracy.
* Feasibility support for new test requests.
Required Experience and Skills
* Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field with 8+ years of RF design and simulation (MS plus 6 years or PhD plus 3 years also acceptable).
* Background of RF, analog or mixed signal designs.
* Background in RF, analog or mixed signal system analysis techniques.
* Background in RF design software such as Keysight Advanced Design System (ADS) and/or Ansys HFSS.
* Demonstrated strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
* Proven ability to work in teams.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Strong time management skills that enable on‑time project completion.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced and rapidly changing environment.

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is currently USD$114,400–$220,200 per year. Starting base pay will depend on relevant experience and skills, training and education, business needs, market demands, the ultimate job duties and requirements, and work location.
