What You'll Be Doing
As a Senior Consultant, you'll be working across multiple sectors, developing and managing client relationships throughout the ROI market, driving business development activity, and delivering quality candidates across a range of disciplines. You'll bring your own commercial instincts to the role and have the freedom to shape your desk in a way that plays to your strengths.
What We're Looking For
You'll have a minimum of 4 years' recruitment consultancy experience and a proven track record of billing consistently at a senior level. Experience working cross-sector is a strong advantage, and any exposure to the ROI market — or a clear appetite to work into it — will set you apart. You'll be ambitious, commercially savvy, and ready to take full advantage of the opportunity in front of you.
