Vacancy Description: Legal Secretary – Family Department
Location: Atherton Office
Hours: 9.00 am to 5.00 pm - Monday to Friday (1 Hour Lunch)
We have a vacancy for a Legal Secretary to work in our Family Department at our Atherton Office.
Ongoing training, guidance and support from the team is provided.
Job role
Working within a busy office with a friendly team of people, you will be expected to carry out the following duties:
* Providing full secretarial assistance to a solicitor
* Some audio typing but ability to work under instruction an advantage
* Arranging appointments and meetings
* Telephone contact with clients and outside agencies
* Diary management
Skills Required
* Experience in family law at secretarial level
* Excellent typing ability
* Excellent telephone manner
* Excellent organisational skills
* Ability to work well within a team
* Friendly and professional manner
