Building Estimator – Construction
Location: Wiltshire / Berkshire / North Hampshire (Hybrid / Work from Home)
Salary: £60,000 – £100,000
We are seeking an experienced Building Estimator to join a leading contractor delivering high-quality building projects. This role offers flexibility with work from home and access to a satellite office, giving you the best of both worlds.
The Role
You will prepare accurate, competitive estimates for a variety of projects, ensuring all costs, timelines, and specifications are considered. You’ll collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, and clients to support successful bid submissions and project delivery.
Key Requirements
* Proven experience as a Building Estimator
* Knowledge of major contracts and experience working with Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractors
* Strong understanding of construction methods, costs, and specifications
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently
