Responsibilities:
* Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for BMS projects
* Review tender documents, specifications, and drawings
* Liaise with engineering teams to ensure technical accuracy
* Support the sales team with clear, concise cost breakdowns
* Help shape project bids and secure new business
Experience Required:
* Proven experience in BMS engineering (Trend, Tridium, Siemens, or similar systems)
* Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tenders at once
* Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
* Self-motivated with strong organisational skills
