Salary: Up to £56,000 + up to £18,000 annual bonuses

About the Role
As a Registered Manager, you will guide and motivate your team to deliver outstanding care, nurturing environments, and positive experiences for every child in the home. With your leadership, the home will remain safe, stable, and full of warmthsomewhere children can truly belong.
To support exceptional leaders, our client offers a £5,000 relocation bonus for those willing to move for the role. Alongside a competitive salary, you could earn up to £18,000 per year in quarterly bonuses, based on occupancy levels and achieving Good or Outstanding Ofsted ratings.
What Were Looking For
You will need:
* At least 5 years experience in a role related to residential childcare
* A minimum of 2 years experience supervising or managing staff
* NVQ Level 3 in Children & Young Peoples Workforce
* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (England)
* A strong record of achieving Good or Outstanding ratings in recent Ofsted inspections
