7.30am - 3.30pm - Monday to Friday

A successful fresh produce business supplying high-quality salads and vegetables to major UK retailers, food service providers, and international markets.
The Role
We are seeking a Customer Account Manager to grow and maintain strong relationships with our customers while ensuring they receive high-quality products and services. This role will involve working alongside procurement, NPD, technical and production teams in house.
Key responsibilities
1. Manage day-to-day activities of assigned customer accounts and serve as the primary point of contact.
2. Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships, ensuring timely delivery of products and services.
3. Generate sales opportunities, including upselling and cross-selling, and identify growth opportunities with existing clients.
4. Forecast and track client account metrics to support business planning and decision-making.
5. Coordinate with colleagues and the sales team to ensure consistent service and pursue new client opportunities.
