What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking reliable, empathetic, and proactive individuals with prior experience supporting people with learning disabilities, autism, and behaviours that challenge. You’ll thrive in a team, communicate with kindness, and bring energy and patience to every shift.
Shift Pattern
* Early shift: 7 am – 2:30 pm
* Late shift: 2:30 pm – 10 pm
* Night shift: Waking nights and sleep‑in shifts (sleep‑in shifts are paid at £69)
* Full flexibility to work the above four shifts is required, including weekends on a rota basis
What You’ll Be Doing
* Supporting individuals with daily living skills and personal goals
* Encouraging independence and community involvement
* Providing emotional and practical support tailored to each person
* Working as part of a close‑knit, caring team
