We are seeking a full time (37 hours per week), colleague to join us on a fixed term basis (12 months). As a Family Help Practitioner in North East Lincolnshire Council’s Children’s Services, you will work as part of a team to provide high quality family help practice to make a lasting difference to the lives of children and families. This role sits within the Youth Justice Services Out of Court Team supporting children on a diversionary basis to prevent escalation into the criminal justice system. Family help is highly valued and supported by skilled, knowledgeable and caring leaders and managers. You will be joining a service that is built on pride and passion, who have high aspirations for children and families and who are committed to empowering them to thrive and be the best they can be.

Requirements and Compliance
