What will I be doing?

* Lead agile ways of working, applying methods such as Scrum, Kanban, and Lean to guide teams and ensure high-quality output.
* Adapt delivery practices to work effectively within both agile and traditional project or programme structures.
* Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships at all levels, from first-time contributors to senior leaders in complex commercial settings.
* Facilitate key agile ceremonies including stand-ups, planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
