We are seeking a motivated and experienced HIA Team Leader to join our Housing Renewal service. This is a pivotal role supporting the delivery of major adaptations and the Disabled Facilities Grant (DFG) programme. You will lead a team of surveyors, technical officers, caseworkers, and coordinators, ensuring high-quality, customer-focused service delivery. Key Responsibilities Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team to deliver major housing adaptations across the county. Support the HIA Manager in developing and improving operational delivery. Promote unity and collaboration within the team and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners. Ensure service visibility and accessibility, driving high levels of customer satisfaction. Allocate work effectively and ensure staff availability to meet service needs. Undertake staff appraisals and develop training plans. Collaborate with other team leaders, including the Handyperson and Health & Sustainable Warmth leads, to ensure joined-up service delivery. About You Proven experience in team leadership within housing, adaptations, or related services. Strong communication and organisational skills. Ability to manage operational delivery and staff performance. Commitment to continuous improvement and customer service excellence. Confident use of spoken English is essential.
