Job Title: Catering Assistant
Location: Brierley Hill
Hourly Rate: £12.21
Hours: Thursdays & Fridays, 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM (with potential for more days)
The Role:
As a Catering Assistant, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day running. You'll start by working Thursdays and Fridays, with the opportunity to expand your hours as you grow in confidence and capability.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and serve food and drinks to a high standard
* Support with catering for events and community functions
* Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and café area
* Provide excellent customer service with a friendly and professional attitude
* Open and close the café when required (once trained)
What We're Looking For:
* Experience in catering or hospitality is highly desirable
* Food Hygiene Certificate is essential
* Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently
* A team player who's excited to be part of a growing community café
