Job Description
The Private Client Solicitor will be:
3. Managing a caseload focused on wills, lasting powers of attorney, estate planning, and probate matters
4. Drafting and reviewing key legal documents related to private client services
5. Advising clients and liaising with internal teams to deliver high-quality, client-centric legal support
6. Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and best-practice standards
7. Building strong client relationships while supporting the growth of the legal function
The Successful Applicant
The Private Client Solicitor should be:
8. A qualified solicitor in private client work (wills, probate, LPAs, estate planning)
9. Confident in independently managing sensitive client matters with discretion and professionalism
10. Highly organised, client-focused, and pragmatic in their approach
