✅A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE
* Step confidently into the Night First Line Manager role when required, ensuring seamless continuity of operations and strong, decisive leadership.
* Deliver office, administrative, and stock‑checking tasks efficiently and professionally, guided by the Admin & Planning Manager.
* Champion Safe Systems of Work (SSOW) while consistently upholding the highest quality standards.
* Build strong working relationships with external Micheldever depots and the Stock Allocation team to support smooth and responsive operations.
* Maintain clear, proactive communication with delivery drivers each day to keep workflows running smoothly and efficiently.
* Lead by example in promoting health and safety compliance, while keeping the warehouse environment clean, organised, and audit‑ready.
* Promptly report any accidents involving personnel or equipment, ensuring swift and appropriate action by the Team Leader on duty.
* Stay vigilant by identifying and reporting near‑miss incidents, helping to prevent potential risks before they occur.
* Ensure all administrative documentation is completed accurately, on time, and to a high standard.
* Uphold DHL and customer quality expectations at all times, demonstrating professionalism in every task
