ChampionX is seeking an experienced Senior QHSE Coordinator located in Aberdeen, UK. The Senior QHSE Coordinator will be responsible for assisting the QHSE Manager in ensuring the development, implementation, and maintenance of the Quality, Health, Safety and Environment requirements of the Company’s Management Systems including contribution to and integration within the organisation's annual business plan and long-term strategy. Creating and implementing Quality Plans in accordance with customer requirements and specifications. Coordinating third party inspection in accordance with Quality Plans, preparing documentation and ensuring all requirements are met throughout the production process. Assist the QHSE Manager in continued certification to ISO9001 & ISO14001 Investigation of supplier, product and process non-conformances across the product range and documentation of a quality investigation report. Ensure compliance with defined current quality policies/procedures and identify any areas for improvement. Investigate internal and external non-conformances, incidents/accidents/near misses and ensure corrective actions are followed to confirm they are closed in a timely manner. Compilation and analysis of non-conformance reports and performance data for trend analysis against defined parameters. Conduct internal Audits & produce reports and ensure close out of actions. Provide operational support to Managers as and when required. Summarise and evaluate compliance to both Environmental & Health and Safety legislation. Conduct site and operational risk assessments, and permit to work authorisation. Conduct site HSE walk-rounds, reporting of findings and following up actions with responsible managers. Maintain register and information on hazardous substances (COSHH). Identifying, tracking, and reporting of environmental initiatives and performance, including waste and energy efficiency. Deputising for the QHSE Manager. Handle all accident/near-miss reporting. Clear communications at all levels to ensure our products & associated Documentation meet customer requirements Ensure waste is recycled wherever possible Ensure that you and others around your work area perform your duties in a safe and controlled manner. Follow all QHSE procedures relevant to your scope of work. Assist in Facilities Management in respect of requesting work identified as needing completion and liaising with contractors to ensure the work is completed fully and within the quoted price. Book requested training in relation to QHSE for all staff members within the business. This is for all UK sites.
