VIRTUAL SALES/OMNI CHANNEL ASSOCIATE
The Retail Division at MICHAEL KORS is a growing network of over 30 Outlets, 80 Lifestyle stores, and 100 Concessions/Shop in Shops across 21 European countries.

Who You Are: Our Virtual Sales/Omnichannel Associates are reliable, empowered, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment. You are an effective communicator, delivering an elevated customer experience. You are a team player with a positive attitude towards challenges and are comfortable engaging with customers digitally.
This role is in-store, not remote.
What You’ll Do: Achieve virtual sales targets through elevated customer engagement, build and maintain repeat clientele by inspiring customers and developing your knowledge of current trends and styling techniques. Drive sales using the clientele app and available technology, perform operational tasks with excellence, ensure a meaningful virtual customer experience including post-purchase processes, and collaborate with management to maximize personal sales results.
You’ll Need to Have: Confidence in delivering exceptional virtual customer experiences, ability to resolve client issues quickly, excellent organizational and communication skills, understanding of virtual sales targets, comfort with phone and WhatsApp communication, creativity for digital content creation, ability to multitask, and proficiency in English.
