You will lead Oasis' Adult Services Recovery team delivering high-qualitydrug and alcohol treatment and recovery services to women, with a focus on caseload management and safeguarding decision making. You will provide calm, supportive and empathetic leadership withinthe team, building proactive and positive working relationships, allowing individuals to blossom in theircareerandidentifyingtraining needs to help them achieve their goals. You will work closely with other Oasis services and with our partners in the sector. You willensure service delivery iscompliantwithCQCregulatoryrequirements and other relevant policies and protocols.
You will have demonstrable management experience in a Health and Social Care organisation, and/or a relevant qualification (e.g. Social Work or Nursing), and be accustomed to managing a team of staff/volunteers to achieve set goals andobjectives. To be successful in this role, you will have experienceworking with women with multiple andcompound needs, and knowledge of inequalities which affect women affected by substance use. You will have significant experienceof working in a multi-disciplinary team within - or alongside - drugandalcoholtreatment and recovery services. xsngvjr
