We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to oversee and enhance our online presence across various platforms. Duties
* Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with organisational goals.
* Create, curate, and schedule engaging content across multiple platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
* Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and engagement opportunities; respond promptly and professionally.
* Analyse performance metrics to optimise content effectiveness and increase audience engagement.
* Collaborate with marketing, PR, and creative teams to ensure brand consistency across all digital channels.
* Manage online reputation by addressing any negative feedback or crises swiftly and appropriately.
* Stay informed about the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep our organisation at the forefront of digital innovation.
Experience
* Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing roles.
* Strong understanding of public relations principles and how they apply to social media platforms.
* Excellent written communication skills with the ability to craft compelling messages tailored to different audiences.
* Experience using social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer or similar platforms.
* Ability to analyse data insights from social media analytics tools to inform strategy adjustments.
* Organised with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously under tight deadlines.
