Krispy Kreme’s Franchise Business Manager will work closely with global colleagues based in the United States as well as all regional Franchise partners to ensure that day to day operations are executed as per the brand standards. They will oversee Europe and will also be responsible for creating the strategic plan for their region and ensuring the team is successfully executing against the plan.
A TASTE OF WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
* Create strategic plan for each franchisee that is aligned to the brand strategic framework.
* Working with the team, drive the execution of the plan.
* Execute and manage new development agreements to achieve expansion goals.
* Identify, review and validate new development opportunities.
* Responsible for the project management of the new unit pipeline, identify critical milestones and deliverables and track progress to ensure results.
* Review and approve all new and relocation sites.
* Guide franchisee partners through in-depth data analysis and best practices across the globe
* Provide an operational insight to drive top class results.
* Track and forecast agreed upon asset actions and timing (new, relocations/rebuilds, and remodels)
YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS:
* 8+ years of relevant experience
* 5-7 years of Operations experience in QSR or related food concept preferred
* Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Supply Chain preferred
* Experience working with a Franchisee business (or Franchisor) in a business development, operations, quality assurance/brand standards, marketing role.
* Ability to build strong relationships as well as embrace and leverage technology.
* Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally with the Krispy Kreme Global teams.
* Broad, strategic thinker and intellectually curious.
* Experience in growing retail points of distribution for a brand.
* Knowledge of development analysis, real estate, market planning, development scheduling, and general financial analysis
* Strong communication skills - both written and verbal English
* Strong ability to understand, formulate and communicate sound business strategies and to implement it effectively in the markets.
