We're looking for a Waiter/Waitress who will be the face of our business, delivering exceptional customer service for Defence on a full-time basis, contracted to 36 hours per week. You'll join a team that takes real pride in what they do - pride in our food, pride in our brand but most of all pride in our people.

Your key responsibilities will include:
1. Greeting and looking after our guests so they go home delighted
2. Serving customers, ensuring they receive an easy and seamless personalised experience
3. Being knowledgeable about the menu and making recommendations to our guests
4. Representing Compass Group UK&I and maintaining a positive brand image
5. Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards
6. Complying with Health & Safety regulations
7. Having a passion for delivering outstanding service, greeting customers with a smile and serving them with pride
8. Taking initiative and making decisions that are right for our customers
9. Being an excellent team player with great communication skills
10. Having a desire to succeed in your role
11. Possessing the ability to work under pressure
